Carpentry
Our operational capabilities are also expressed in the field of carpentry where we perform medium-sized welded constructions by qualified MIG and MAG wire welding, electrode welding and TIG process. In addition, we can take advantage of long-standing cooperation with accredited consulting agencies that provide training for technical and operational staff. The former is responsible for preparing all the documentation needed to make compliant products through welding book, welding procedures, WPQR and WPS. Whereas, the second is WATC qualified to perform carbon steel welding, stainless steel welding, and stainless steel and bronze coating
Aim is to provide welded constructions with quality controlled and certified welds according to customer requirements.
For this reason we constantly attend to the training of our staff (both technical and operational)through collaboration with accredited specialized training institutions.
The required quality is ensured through two different levels:
Welding book preparation
After analyzing the drawings, our engineering department is responsible for drafting WPS specifications by taking advantage of the company’s WPQRs.
Continuous improvement in the department
Our personnel are continuously trained in welding practice and periodically qualified (WATC).
This allows us to make carpentry using MIG, MAG and electrode processes in carbon steel, stainless steel and bronze.
