The sale is always the result of a meticulous evaluation, where every aspect is taken into consideration. It all starts with the client presenting the design and drawings of the product to be made and continues with the quotation where we do preliminary engineering, define the raw materials, evaluate the machining to be done, and understand the cycles and controls to be performed. Of course, every customer is different, so our technicians are always available to find the best solution, even depending on whether we are asked to supply the complete components or just to do the machining work from his own material.
Our goal is to always produce a detailed estimate to give our clients a way to fully assess that their departure requests have been met.
Constant effort to understand the specifics and needs of each client is the basis of our business whether it is:
- single pieces on account of work
- assembled and tested complex assemblies
- Overhaul and remanufacture of existing components
During this activity, preliminary engineering is carried out, which follows a codified process involving detailed analysis of:
- object of requests for proposals
- Quality requirements
And it continues through the development of preliminary work sequences with the identification and evaluation of:
- raw materials needed
- stages of transformation
- Completion activities(e.g.painting, assembly, packing and transportation)
- attached quality dossiers
